It is a stitch-bonded, non-crimp, composite reinforcement combining warp (0° ), weft(90° ), chopped glass fiber with polyester yarns together.
FEATURE
Increased strength, reduced product weight and better surface finish
Orientated unidirectional layers are structurized more efficient
Quicker to wet-out than woven fabrics
Available in very heavy weights allowing faster deposition rates
Binderless CSM can be added to further cut down on lay-up time and increase speed of wet-out
ADVANTAGE:
1. Increased glass fiber yarns content
2. High mechanical strength and high wet strength retention
3. Increase the efficiency
4. Good covering and degassing properties
